PARACHUTING

(MINIMUM AGE REQUIRED 16 YEARS OLD)

This one is an activity that will fill you with adrenaline, you will spend it brilliantly with your friends, you cannot get lost this incredible experience.

·Clases
- We will do some theory classes in our school, IES Carmen Martin Gaite, in   Moralzarzal (Madrid).
- One of the classes will be of the first aids
- After two days of theory classes we are going to a  parachuting camp in Segovia, the lanscape it's incredible!

·Schedules 
- Theory classes
   Thursday evening from 6pm to 7pm
   Friday evening from 6:30pm to 8pm (first aids)
- Parachuting day
   Saturday morning at 8:30 am in our school we will take a bus and at 9:30am we will stay in the parachuting camp, at 10 we start the activity.
- We come back at 12:30 pm

·NECESSARY EQUIPMENT
You only need sport and comfortable clothes
Trainers
One little bag with some water and something to eat
(The protections for the jump we give them in Segovia)

·PRICE OF THE CLASSES
It's only 300$ including the theory classes, the bus, and the falling.

new year's resolutions

Marta's Resolution
My resolution for the New Year it's not to bite my nails but I think it's very dificult because I the first day I start bitting my nails...
And to do some excercise.


Martina's Resolution
My resolution for the New Year it's do 20 abdominal daily and to go out to jogging every weekend. I want to try not to bite my nails too.

Martina's Christmas

1. Did you go away?

       No, she didn't go away

2. What activities did you do (away or here)?

      She went to Madrid some days with her cousins and she visited the christmas tree

3. What did you eat?

        She ate seafood and lamb

4. Which presents did you get? Which one did you love? Which one did you not like so much?

        She had a lot of presents but her favourite was the North Face and she had a hat that she didn't like a lot

5. How did you celebrate New Year’s Eve?

      She celebrated with her family and after the grapes dancing with her friends

6. Did you do any homework? Study? Did you read anything?

       Yes, she studied some days.

7. Did you give any presents? Which? To whom?

       Yes, she gave some presents for her mother because it was her birthday

8. Did you enjoy?

      Yes, she enjoyed a lot

9. What was the best and the worst?

      The best day was New Year night and the worst was last day before starting school

10. Can you tell me a wish and a new year resolution for 2015?

      Her intention for New Year is to do 20 abdominal daily and to go out to jogging  every Sunday

    11. Are you happy to be back?
      No, she loves holidays

          In Asturias she visited  her family, and in Madrid she visited the christmas tree

          She got a lot of presents, her favourite is a Real Madrid t-shirt and she had a hat that she doesn't like a lot
